Is the item damaged? Please send us an email to info@senseaura.ca with a photo of the damaged item and we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the situation.

Have you changed your mind? We reimburse the item within 3 days of receipt of your order, only if it has not been used and is intact. Return costs are your responsibility. If you benefited from free delivery because you had reached $ 75 and more and that following the refund, the amount of the order no longer reaches this amount, the delivery costs of $ 13 will be subtracted from your refund. This rule also applies to essential oils given free of charge when purchasing a diffuser, if applicable.

GENERAL RULES
